MSN Block Checker
It is very simple to use and very handy (and can be used for more then just block checking)
To use: simply enter the users email address in to the first box and click go. That will tell you if they are online or offline, outside of that you can send them an anonymous message by ticking the box and writing the message. This dose not work with offline messages, it will only deliver the message if the person is online at the time.
